Always My Little Boy

This was a fun layout to make.  For the journaling I used a combination of handwriting and some tiny type letter stickers from Cosmo Cricket.  I like how it turned out and will be doing that again on another layout soon.

The rosette was made by scoring a 1 x 12 piece of paper and with the Martha Stewart scoring board.  The cloud is accented with an outline of Stickles glitter glue and a bakers twine airplane tail.

Papers are by Echo Park.  I love their boy lines. So bright and fun.

Being Silly

A two-page layout of my kids when they were younger.  I used glitter embossing powder and heat embossed the butterflies.

Talbot Island Mini Album

I made this mini album awhile ago and realized I had never posted it on my blog.  When we lived in Florida a few years ago our favorite place to go to the beach was Talbot Island.  It's a state park so there is no development on the island.  It is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.  I love it!

Paper and embellishments are from Little Yellow Bicycle.

My Mind's Eye Challenge

I love My Mind's Eye papers and I really like the sketch this month.  I made this layout for the sketch challenge.  You can see the sketch here.  I added some doodling around the edges of the frame in the middle.

Backyard Picnic

I took a walk down memory lane with these pictures of my kids and their cousin.  They were all about two years old when we had this litttle picnic in the backyard of our house in Florida.  They are eight now.  Sometimes I wish time could stop.

I used a sketch from Creative Scrappers.  Paper and embellishments are Crate Paper and My Mind's Eye.

Garden Gifts

I did a little scrapping at a crop this weekend.  I made a layout about my son "planting" my Mother's Day gift. The papers are from a Recollections pack from Michaels and the journal stamp is by Making Memories.

I also want to give credit to Wendy Smith.  This is a scraplift of her layout here.
